Bearing this in mind, Italian Fashion have been implementing Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000, and every year is evaluated by its customers.
Italian Fashion by Guazzone has implemented Quality Management System based on the instructions kept in the international norm ISO 9001:2000. It constitutes a set of requirements, that enable the management methods unification within a company.
Having followed the norm the company delivers products that meet customers' expectations. It increases their trust and enables the company to develop.
For our fifteenth birthday we obtained an unanimity certificate of our Quality Management System with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. Since that moment, according to the norm ISO 9001:2000 commands we have been periodically carrying out satisfaction and customer needs' surveys. It helps us to understand their needs to a greater extent and answer them to a high degree. Every stage of the production process is verified in detail due to the system. Thanks to such actions we have been not only providing high quality of our products but we have been improving it constantly, as well.
We hope that constant development of Italian Fashion will result in its products popularity increase among customers. Proper management, promotions, and other marketing actions will greatly increase our customers' satisfaction.
